Wave Kiln No. 3 Performance furnace/kiln, 40 ft. (12.2 m) long, steel, ceramic fiber blanket, installed at The San Francisco Art Institute, 1982. The third and largest of three kilns built in the form of a wave, the first two kiln were fired and photographed at night, large photos of their activity were included in the exhibition. |
